Pordes Residential has announced that The Penthouse at Regalia is now featured on RealOpen, the platform founded by “Selling Sunset” star Christine Quinn and her tech entrepreneur husband, Christian Dumontet. Following multi-million dollar listings in New York City and Los Angeles, this US$33.9 million ultra-luxury penthouse is the first South Florida property to be featured on the platform and offered directly to the crypto community.

After her exit from The Oppenheim Group, she established RealOpen. The service allows crypto asset holders to offer, negotiate and complete a cash purchase of any property — without cashing out their crypto assets prior to closing. “Our platform bridges the gap between luxury real estate and Miami’s deep crypto community. The Penthouse at Regalia is the introduction to RealOpen to Miami,” shares Christine. The crypto brokerage is expanding its company’s presence in South Florida with the help of two agents from One Sothesby’s International Realty, Karley Chynces and Bozana Cavar.

Recently, the company hit the market with its first-ever commercial property listed for US$6.11 million. The building is Broward County’s first commercial property to accept crypto, making it a unique regional listing. “We have been able to generate leads for this property, working with hundreds of millions, probably even billions of dollars of digital currency. And we are dealing with multiple crypto bills. This is proof that this is a real industry, and there are real buyers who are buying in crypto because we are working with them,” Chynes states

The Penthouse boasts 10,755 square feet of indoor living plus 6,050 square feet of 360-degree wraparound terrace, making it the largest condo currently on the Miami market. It offers three floors plus a private rooftop deck, sitting atop the tallest building in Sunny Isles Beach. The home offers a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean, the Intracoastal Waterway, Golden Beach, and the Miami skyline. The huge, floor-to-ceiling windows provide a 360-degree view and natural light to shine into the condo.

The Penthouse includes six bedrooms, six bathrooms and is accompanied by a glass wine cellar, lounge theatre, bar and billiards room. The master bathroom features an exquisite, spa-like space with its own steam room, sauna and massage area, and the entire space has been furnished with the finest materials sourced from around the world and meticulously designed by Charles Allem of CAD International, named five times to Architectural Digest’s AD 100 top list.

Located at a prime spot, Sunny Isles Beach is northeast of Miami and southeast of Fort Lauderdale. The area has been transformed from a two-mile stretch of 1950s-era family motels to highrise-luxury condo buildings. It has some of Florida’s most stunning oceanfront vistas plus world-renowned restaurants, nightclubs and theatres.
